Viscous behavior of resin composite cements

The objective of this study was to analyze the viscous behavior during setting reaction resin composite cements and how it is influenced by temperature. Viscous properties auto-polymerization at 23°C three adhesive (Panavia V5 [PV5]; RelyX Ultimate [RUL]; Multilink Automix [MLA]) self-adhesive SA plus [PSA]; Unicem 2 [RUN]; SpeedCem [MSC]) were rheometrically measured. Changes in contact angle temperature evaluated for each cement 37°C. Rheological analysis measurements corresponded terms curve progression. tested demonstrated strong variations their reaction. PV5 PSA become less 37°C then polymerize quickly. For RUL RUN 37°C, viscosity rises, polymerization takes place MLA MSC start with high viscosity, polymerizes very fast rather slowly.
